DGRC Consulting
Fed up with your IT?
Let's fix it.
I'm a former CTO who's been in the trenches — and I'm done watching businesses get nickel-and-dimed by their IT. Senior expertise, honest pricing, and work that actually ships.
The truth
One size does not fit all.
Most IT firms sell you a package: "here's what we do, here's our per-seat price, here's our standard stack." It sounds nice. It's a fallacy.
Your business isn't a template. Your network, your security, your budget, your compliance — they're specific to you. A cookie-cutter solution either doesn't fit, or it's overkill you're paying for.
I don't have a package to sell you. I look at your actual situation and tell you what you actually need — and what you don't. Sometimes that's less than you think. Sometimes it's more. Either way, it's yours, not a box I'm trying to fit you into.

Learn more →How I work
Paid for the work.
Not the gear.
Transparent pricing
You know what you're paying for, up front. No surprise line items, no "that'll be extra."
Paid for the service, not the gear
I'm not in the business of selling you hardware. If I source it, you pay what I pay — no markup. I get paid for the work, not for delivering a computer.
You pay for the work
Clear, honest pricing for the actual work — not a bloated retainer for services you don't use.
The market's pitch
Everyone says the same thing.
Here's what it means.
"We're local."
Local is a geography claim, not a competence claim. It means they're nearby — it says nothing about whether they've ever run a network, owned an outage, or answered for a budget. I've done all three.
"24/7 proactive monitoring."
Monitoring is a tool, not a service. Every MSP has a dashboard. The real question is who fixes it when something breaks — and for most small shops, that's one exhausted person. I fix it, I don't just watch it.
"We're not a faceless corporation."
When your whole pitch is what you're not, you've run out of things to say. "We pick up the phone" is the lowest bar imaginable. I don't need to tell you I'm not them — I just do the work they're pretending to do.
"Get a quote."
Notice how nobody in this market talks about money? That's because the model is: lock you into a contract, then nickel-and-dime you on top. I tell you what you pay, up front. You pay for the work. No markup on the gear. That's it.
